Directions from the Quality Inn & Suites to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course:
When you leave the Quality Inn & Suites, turn left on Rt. 97 and proceed under I-71. Stay on Rt. 97 until it dead ends into Rt. 42/97. Turn left and proceed into Lexington. After the traffic light in town you will see a fork where Rt. 42 veers off, you want to continue straight ahead on Main Street. The road makes a sharp right turn in front of a fire station, you want to turn left on the next road, Lexington-Steam Corners Rd. Stay on Lexington-Steam Corners (watch your speed) until you see signs for the track. Take the first track entrance on the right (just over the crest of a hill) and drive up to the guard shack. Sign a track waiver and you're in. The gates open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. on school weekends.

I'm a physician in So. California but grew up just a few miles from the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington. As years have gone by, we really enjoy spending the spring and summer months back home in the country.
